In fine il composto deve staccarsi dalle pareti dell'impastatrice avvolgendosi al gancio.
Coprire con la pellicola e lasciare lievitare al caldo per circa 2 ore.
Mettere la carta da forno sulla placca e con le mani o il pennello passarci pochissimo olio. Trasferirvi l'impasto lievitato direttamente sopra e poi con le mani unte allargarlo facendo attenzione a non schiacciare le belle bolle che ci saranno formate. Cospargere a piacere di sesamo.
