the 3rd post of the day and we always talk about work, but this time, I do not propose any card, but made just 2 recipes yesterday for the last day of Carnival
(small premise: I do not like as a feast, just as I'm passionate about Valentine's Day and International Women's Day, but there are some "traditions" to be met)
Here, then, that I decided to make the
GRANDMOTHER'S CARNIVAL OF LASAGNA:
is a recipe typically bell, which can be prepared using the dough (I prefer rigatoni - or twists - for a purely content: meatballs "run" away from the dough, whereas if you use the dough hooks, the sauce is well blended).
INGRDIENTS:
pasta or pastry
meat sauce (I followed the procedure for the lasagna of Emilia)
ricotta meatballs
mozzarella cheese 2 hard boiled eggs
sausage parmesan or pecorino
salt, pepper
I mixed the ricotta with meat sauce, to which I added the meatballs (to avoid frying them), I cut the mozzarella into small cubes, eggs and sausage slices into cubes.
I mixed everything, dusted with parmesan and baked x 20/25 minutes in the oven at 200 °

Ingredients: 300 gr flour 00
about
3 tablespoons vegetable oil,
50 grams of sugar, 2 eggs

3 tablespoons dry white wine,
a pinch of salt, grated lemon rind 1

Procedure:
Place the flour in the center with the eggs, sugar, oil, lemon zest and a pinch of salt. Begin to knead
gradually add all the vino.Amalgamate to form a soft dough elastico.Dividere the dough into 4 smaller loaves with a rolling pin and roll out a thin sheet, cut many strips. Cook the talk in seed oil. As soon as they are golden, lift up the talk with a slotted spoon, drain them and put them on paper towels. Just cold, dust with powdered sugar.
pudding:
500 ml of milk,
300 grams of sugar, 125 grams of cocoa

50 grams of dark chocolate,
50 g butter, 50 grams of starch

Preparation: In a saucepan mix
starch, cocoa and zucchero.Aggiungere milk slowly stirring to dissolve the tutto.Mettere focus on low heat, stirring constantly and start cottura.Quando the mixture has thickened (about 20 minutes) remove the pudding from heat and immediately add the cinnamon, dark chocolate cut into small pieces and burro.Mescolare so all the energy to cool and serve the pudding in a bowl with the chatter
